Building in public means sharing the process, not just the outcome. For this project, that includes writing openly about design choices, technical trade-offs, mistakes, and lessons learned as the work progresses.

At the same time, I have not yet decided whether the project will ultimately become open source. While that question remains open, transparency still matters. This Healthcheck page exists to bridge that gap by providing a clear, objective signal of ongoing development.

It complements the bog posts with a more objective signal: how frequently the codebase is changing over time. The visualization below shows exactly that. Spikes and quieter periods are both intentional and expected, reflecting focused implementation, refactors, and consolidation.

Taken together, this page is meant to give you confidence that the project is active, maintained, and moving forward — regardless of when or whether the repository itself becomes public.
